The Second Amendment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to constitutional litigation and public education.

Supporters may participate in different ways, depending on how they choose to engage:

Donating Members

Any one-time or recurring donation within a calendar year qualifies an individual as a Donating Member.  Donating Members are considered Annual Members for the purposes of participation and are covered under current and future injunctions pursued by SAF, where applicable.

Donating Members support SAF’s work as they are able, without enrolling in a formal membership tier.

Members

Formal membership is intended for supporters who wish to demonstrate commitment at a more structured level. Membership options include Annual, 5 Year, Life, Patron and Recurring.

Participation in a formal membership level helps SAF plan responsibly for the coming year and prepare for the future needs of its long-term member base. This structure allows SAF to sustain ongoing litigation, anticipate resource requirements and maintain continuity across multi-year legal efforts.

Members receive defined benefits, recognition, and structured engagement aligned with their membership level.
